THIS APPLICATION IS ONLY FOR FOOD STALLHOLDERS
Marrickville Music Festival aims to champion local food vendors and suppliers in the Inner West. Businesses wishing to participate in Marrickville Music Festival must demonstrate a strong connection to Marrickville or the Inner West Council Local Government Area.
Please read all the information in this application carefully. Due to high demand and a limited number of stalls on the day, not all applications will be successful. Please note, participation in previous events does not guarantee an offer as a vendor.
Selection of food vendors is the final decision of Council and no further correspondence will be entered into. Council reserves the right to amend the selection criteria at any time without notice. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
This application form has changed from previous years. Please review the changes carefully.
STALLS: If you require Council to provide you with a stall structure, you will be provided a 1 x 3x3m walled marquee and 1 x trestle table (if required). You can view an example structure here
FEES AND CHARGES: Please view the below fees and changes for 2025/2026.
Please note that power and additional space are charged separately, and you will need to add the fees as you move through this form.

FOOD VENDOR LICENCE:
Anyone who wishes to operate a food market stall, temporary food stall or food van within the Inner West Council area must register with Council through our food vendor licence application.
One licence per stall - once your application has been approved you will be able to trade at any market or event in the Inner West, with permission from the market or event organiser.
For more information, or to pay your registration fee please visit our website. All food stalls will be required to pay this fee before they are allowed to trade.
Please note, at the end of the form you will be asked to attach:
- Copy of your Public Liability Certificate of Currency; ($20M)
- Copy of your Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
- A fully disclosed product list and photos of your stall set-up and products.
