Apply to join our Circular Economy Stall at ReFest 2026

Inner West Council is offering free space in our shared circular economy stall to organisations keen to promote circular products and services. Please fill in this form to apply for a free space at ReFest. Funded by Council’s Resource Recovery Planning team, this 12‑month pilot helps members of the Inner West Circular Economy Network to build community awareness and grow local demand for circular products and services. The pilot includes four events. You can apply for one or more, but you’ll need to submit a separate expression of interest for each.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Council will provide successful applicants with one 1.8m trestle table and two chairs. You will share a 6m x 3m marquee with two other circular economy organisations. Additional space and electricity are not provided.

If your set up requires more space or electricity, we encourage you to apply through one of the options below: 

• Community stallholder (fee applies): apply here
• Food stall: apply here
• Sustainability-focused activity, talk, workshop or creative experience: apply here (you can apply for this as well as for a free or paid stall)

SELECTION CRITERIA

Inner West Council prioritises businesses that are based within the Inner West Council local government area, and are a member of the Inner West Circular Economy Network, as well as:

• Organisations operating in the circular economy
• Organisations using reusable or minimal packaging e.g glass jars, unlined paper bags. Single-use packaging (including compostable and cardboard) is discouraged for this event.

• Those offering participatory activities that engage a broad range of the community beyond distributing flyers

• Organisations whose offerings align with Council's Community Strategic Plan and Zero Waste Strategy
• Local organisations with particular regards to those who support the local community year round
• As this opportunity is fee-subsidised, priority will be given to organisations that have not previously been successful for a Circular Economy Network Stall

Due to high demand and a limited number of spots on the day, we regret not all applications will be successful. Selection of stallholders is the final decision of Council.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Please note, at the end of the form you will be asked to attach:

1. Copy of your Public Liability Certificate of Currency to $20m value; 
2. Photos of your stall set-up and products
