Welcome to the GreenWay Art Prize (GWAP) entry form.

Before submitting an entry please review the Guidelines and Terms and Conditions for the 2025 GWAP on Council's website.

Please submit your entry by 3pm, Monday 3 November 2025.

  • Please provide a response to all relevant questions

  • Once you have completed all the questions you will be given the opportunity to Review your application. Please note you can continue editing your entry until the closing date, ensure you save your work before signing out of smartygrants to save your recent edits

    The Artist's Statement should describe your work and how it relates to one or more of the GreenWay Art Prize themes. 100 word limit
    Submit a photo of your entry here, you may upload a total of three images of your artwork * Required

      Please upload landscape photos (1,500 x 1,000 pixels) of your artwork with a white background, photos should be 300ppi resolution no larger than 2MB
      To be eligible, the work must have been created within the last year
      Width and Height in cm, (include weight for sculptures and 2D works). Please ensure your work fits within the dimension requirements outlined in the Guidelines
      e.g. oil, watercolour, clay, mixed media
