Inner West Council, in partnership with local community groups and artists, will deliver a free Lunar New Year celebration in Ashfield. The event will showcase the cultural diversity of the Inner West through performances, cultural experiences, food offerings and family-friendly workshops.
THIS APPLICATION IS ONLY FOR COMMUNITY & CREATIVE STALLHOLDERS ONLY (NON-FOOD VENDORS)
Lunar New Year 2027 is seeking:
🏯Applications from businesses, community groups and creatives with a connection to Lunar New Year.
🎪BYO 3x3m tent only. You will need to bring appropriate weights (min 20kg per marquee leg), tables and chairs.
Creative/Maker stallholders are entitled to the NOT-FOR-PROFITS & COMMUNITY GROUPS rate.
Please read all the information in this application carefully. Due to high demand and a limited number of stalls on the day, not all applications will be successful. Please note, participation in previous events does not guarantee an offer as a vendor.
Stallholders are selected through a curated process undertaken jointly by Council and AshBiz and no further correspondence will be entered into. Council reserves the right to amend the selection criteria at any time without notice. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
