THIS APPLICATION IS ONLY FOR COMMUNITY AND MERCHANDISE STALLHODERS ONLY (NON-FOOD VENDORS)
Please read all the information in this application carefully. Marrickville Music Festival aims to champion local suppliers in the Inner West. Businesses wishing to participate in Marrickville Music Festival must demonstrate a strong connection to Marrickville or the Inner West Council Local Government Area.
Due to high demand and a limited number of stalls on the day, not all applications will be successful. Please note, participation in previous events does not guarantee an offer as a vendor.
Selection of stallholders is the final decision of Council and no further correspondence will be entered into. Council reserves the right to amend the selection criteria at any time without notice. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
Please note, this application form has changed. Please review the changes carefully.
STALLS: If you require Council to provide you with a stall structure, you will be provided a 3x3m walled marquee and 1 trestle table (if required). You can view an example structure here
FEES AND CHARGES: Please view the below table of fees and changes for 2024/2025.
Please note that power and additional space are charged separately, and you will need to add the fees as you move through this form.

- A fully disclosed product list and photos of your stall set-up and products;
