THIS APPLICATION IS ONLY FOR FOOD VENDORS
Inner West Kids Fest is a family orientated afternoon event which aims to champion local food vendors in the Inner West. At this time we are not accepting applicants from outside the Inner West area.
Please read all the information in this application carefully. Due to high demand and a limited number of stalls on the day, not all applications will be successful. Please note, participation in previous events does not guarantee an offer as a vendor.
Selection of food vendors is the final decision of Council and no further correspondence will be entered into. Council reserves the right to amend the selection criteria at any time without notice. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
FEES AND CHARGES: Please view the below table of fees and changes for 2024/2025.
Please note that power and additional space are charged separately, and you will need to add the fees as you move through this form.
Please note: you must be able to supply your own marquee for this event. The marquee must be adequately secured with water or lead weights. You are not permitted to peg your marquee at Enmore Park.

FOOD VENDOR LICENCE : The new temporary Food Vendor Licence allows annual and unlimited trading (with approval of the event organiser) at any registered markets held in the Inner West local Government area and must be paid directly to the Environmental Health team. You must have a current IWC Food Vendor Licence to be able to trade at Inner West Kids Fest.
For more information about how to take advantage of the simplified registration process, or to pay your registration fee please visit our website. All food stalls will be required to pay this fee before they are allowed to trade.

Please note, at the end of the form you will be asked to attach:
- Copy of your Public Liability Certificate of Currency;
- Copy of your Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
- A fully disclosed product list and photos of your stall set-up and products;
